This appointment is designed for runners who want a deeper understanding of how they run—and how to run more efficiently, resiliently, and with less injury risk.

Using advanced video gait analysis technology, combined with individualised strength and movement testing, we assess how your body functions as a whole during running. Rather than simply commenting on foot strike or cadence, we identify meaningful discrepancies in load management, control, symmetry, and force production that may be limiting performance or contributing to pain or recurring niggles.

You’ll receive a comprehensive, easy-to-understand report that highlights:
- Key gait characteristics and inefficiencies
- Strength, control, or mobility factors influencing your running mechanics
- Areas of increased injury risk or performance leakage

Most importantly, this session goes beyond analysis. You will leave with a clear, actionable optimisation plan, tailored specifically to you, which may include:

Our approach is evidence-based, runner-specific, and clinically led—focusing only on changes that matter and avoiding unnecessary over-correction. Whether your goal is to run pain-free, return from injury, or unlock performance gains, this assessment provides a structured, objective foundation to move forward with confidence.

Suitable for recreational, competitive, and returning-to-running athletes

Chartered Physiotherapist, AACP Accredited in Acupuncture Bsc (Hons) MCSP MAACP

Having completed a Sports Science and Psychology degree in 2000, I went on to work in Leisure Management. Having worked closely with the GP referral team in the gym setting and having numerous sporting injuries that needed Physiotherapy myself, I soon developed an interest in becoming a Physiotherapist. Having returned to University in 2005, I gained my BSc Physiotherapy degree in 2007 from the University of Hertfordshire.

I went on to work in the NHS where I gained a vast range of experience in a variety of Physiotherapy areas including, Neurological Rehabilitation, Respiratory, Medical, Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation to name a few.

My passion for sports injuries and rehabilitation lead me to secure a Senior Physiotherapist position at March Physiotherapy Clinic in 2015. Here I gained a special interest in running. Having decided that in order to treat my runners more effectively, I needed to understand my runners better, I set my goal on running the London Marathon, which I did in 2018 and then again in 2022. This ignited my interest further into running and I continually strive to complete post graduate courses in various Physiotherapy areas including running injuries and rehabilitation. This helps to keep me up to date with the new evidence to enable me to give my patents the best treatment possible. I have also gained my qualification as an England Athletics, Leader in Running Fitness and as a Coach in Running Fitness. I have also undertaken Strength and Conditioning Coaching courses to further aid my knowledge and skill base in helping people return to sports following injury.

Outside of work, I am a marathoner and ultra marathoner, you will see me lacing up my trainers and regularly pounding the streets as well as spending quality time with my husband, 2 children and my dogs.

Chartered Physiotherapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach. Bsc Hons MCSP

I have been involved in competitive swimming for most of my life, fuelling my passion for exercise and performance. From the age of 10, I knew I wanted to become a Physiotherapist, a goal I achieved by completing my degree at Sheffield Hallam University in 2022. Throughout my studies, I continued to compete in swimming while gaining experience through a Strength and Conditioning internship, coaching athletes in badminton, men’s hockey, and swimming. After graduating, I spent over two years working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn, completing rotations across a variety of specialties, including acute stroke, trauma and orthopaedics, pelvic health, respiratory medicine, intensive care, surgery, and orthopaedic outpatient services. This broad exposure allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of various conditions and clinical pathways. I love to tailor each patient’s rehab to their individual goals using creative and fun strategies.

In addition to my role as a Physiotherapist, I work with West Norfolk Swimming Club as their Strength and Conditioning Coach, combining my love for strength training, performance, and injury prevention. Outside of work, I enjoy training and competing within CrossFit; doing handstands, olympic lifting and anything in between. My current training goal is to achieve a bar muscle-up!

I’m looking forward to furthering my knowledge at March Physiotherapy and so far I am loving the variation of different specialities and I enjoy hearing everyone’s stories.

I have wanted to be a physiotherapist since my teens and graduated with a physiotherapy degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2005. Following graduation I worked within a variety of NHS and private settings. The clinic was set up in 2007 and I have been lucky enough to enjoy seeing it grow over the last 18 years.

I love working with people and thoroughly enjoy my job as a physiotherapist and the challenges it brings. As a physio you never see the same injury twice and I enjoy the challenges of developing individualised strategies to suit and support each patient to resolve their issues. I passionately believe in keeping people active to enjoy optimal health.

I am a strong advocate of lifelong learning and have completed more than 50 postgraduate courses, including Acupuncture and Pilates accreditation. I am a trained manual handling teacher and workstation assessor and enjoy problem solving issues within workplaces to reduce injury and absenteeism and have a special interest in shoulder injuries particuarly the rehablitation of rotator cuff disorders. Recently I secured the Physio First Kitemarked Quality Assured Practioner Status for the recognition of achieving high quality patient care and outcomes. I am also a certified practitioner of the national kids back2sport programme.

Outside of work I love to spend most of my time with my family and dogs and enjoy running, netball and skiing.

Sport Rehabilitator with a specialism in hip pain disorders. Bsc (Hons) BASRAT.

Hi my name is Nicole Littler, I am known as the pocket rocket! Full of energy and enthusiasm. For as long as I can remember sport has always been a part of my life. My passion for sports rehab and physiotherapy really bloomed at 16. Waking up from my own tonsillectomy surgery and seeing physiotherapists help a lady who had just come out of a full ankle reconstruction surgery. I was completely fascinated by their knowledge of the body, what goals they had established and I immediately knew that I wanted to be the person who could help someone recover like the physiotherapists did.

This has led to my degree graduating in the sports rehabilitation field with a further determination of broadening my career with a Masters degree in physiotherapy. I have been very fortunate since graduating in landing a full-time job at a private clinic in the Manchester area. At the clinic I learned invaluable skills to assist people suffering from pain, injury or illness involving the musculoskeletal system using exercise, movement and manual therapy.

Since my move down to Wisbech, I have fortunately been given the opportunity to work at March Physiotherapy Clinic, in an environment with great facilities, equipment and the scope to provide the best quality of care possible to my patients. Here I can continue to develop and enjoy my dedication for helping others further in their recovery and daily needs.

Outside of work you can find me socialising with family and friends, trying out new experiences for example trapeze, rockclimbing and my favourite, spending time in the gym. I have a huge passion for fitness and exercise personally, whether that is strength training or cardiovascular fitness training you will find me there.

I’m excited to put my well-earned skills and knowledge to good use! Whether that is with manual therapy or exercise rehabilitation. I am here and happy to help. If you see me around the clinic please feel free to say hi, I love to meet new people and to always put a smile on their faces!

Please note Nicole is unable to accept private referrals from BUPA, AXA or AVIVA
